Which data and why
When you ask for a quote, what you type in the form (name, phone, optional email, town, type of work, description) is emailed to the craftsman, or sent from WhatsApp if you choose that route. We use it only to reply, arrange the site visit and prepare the quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For how long
Requests stay in the mailbox and on the work phone for as long as needed to handle the quote and, if the work goes ahead, for the tax and warranty obligations required by law. They are not passed on to anyone and are not used for advertising.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy, like any other message you send with the app. Form submissions go through a mail service on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Europe, which does not keep the content beyond delivery.
Cookies and tracking
No cookies, no analytics, no pixels. Fonts are served by the site itself, not by external services. The hosting provider may keep the usual technical connection logs (IP address, date and time) for security, like any internet service.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or restricted (arts. 15–22 GDPR), and you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Just write to the contacts above.
